Position Summary

In this role, you will provide expertise and general consulting knowledge for our clients utilizing various ERP systems. You will find creative solutions and interface with clients to develop collaborative working relationships. Your attention to detail and ability to manage policies and procedures will ensure effective execution of project requirements.

What will you do in this role?

• Lead and execute Unanet ERP implementation, including testing and documentation.
• Review the monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting for clients, primarily in Unanet and QuickBooks closing workbooks for conformity with GAAP, FAR/DFAR, and CAS.
• Review documentation for the audit and tax accountants for quarterly and annual requirements.
• Assist clients with preparing annual incurred cost submissions and provisional bill rate development.
• Gather and document client requirements.
• Document solutions to clients in a wide range of situations.
• Deliver formal and informal training while establishing and implementing methods and best practices.
• Develop desktop procedures and provide project support, including design, testing, building, and deployment.
• Effectively communicate and coordinate across the implementation team.
• Mentor and support team members.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction levels to meet requirements.
• Work with the team to define creative and effective solutions.
• Provide status updates related to assignments.
• Lead meetings and conduct presentations.

What do you need to succeed in this role?

• BS/BA degree in accounting or related field.
• 7+ years of accounting experience as an accountant or consultant.
• Understanding of all major contract types (Cost Plus, Fixed Price & T&M) and ability to set up and maintain projects in various accounting software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective organizational skills.
• Required Unanet Implementor Certification and experience leading implementation teams.
• Experience working in government contracting and significant knowledge of DCAA, JTR, FAR, CAS.
• Strong technical aptitude with an understanding of relational databases.
• Knowledge and proficiency in Unanet all modules.
• Experience working within a software implementation team.

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the midpoint of the salary range for this role is $127,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as the final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
