Seeking a full-time Senior Controller in Tiffin, Ohio (Hybrid) to lead financial management functions under the CFO.
Responsibilities include overseeing accounting operations (AR, AP, GL), financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, internal controls, and process improvements.
Lead and develop teams, set strategic direction, ensure timely financial closing, and collaborate cross-functionally with leadership to support organizational goals.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 10+ years of finance experience, CPA or CMA preferred, strong leadership and analytical skills, and proficiency with ERP systems.
