Seeking a Sr. Customer Service Representative for a claims support team supporting diverse lines such as auto, property, and workers' compensation in Cincinnati, OH. The role involves
- Performing claim intake via phone, handling 20-25 calls daily from insureds, claimants, and agents
- Responding to inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving routine to moderate issues
- Documenting processes, managing correspondence, and utilizing computerized systems
- Supporting multiple claim departments and maintaining knowledge of policies and procedures
Requirements include a high school diploma, 1-3 years customer service experience, strong communication skills, PC proficiency, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
