This role provides technical support for FDA-approved medical software and wireless devices within customer networks, as well as internal infrastructure support globally.

Key responsibilities include configuring and troubleshooting enterprise wireless controllers (preferably Cisco), deploying SSIDs, managing RADIUS and 802.1x authentication, supporting network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls), analyzing network traffic, and maintaining server and virtualization environments (VMware, HyperV).

The candidate should have expertise in Cisco ISE, VPNs, VLANs, network security, certificate management, and server deployment, with at least 5 years of related experience and a relevant bachelor’s degree.

Preferred certifications include MSCE, CCNA, CWNA, or CCIE. Knowledge of wireless standards, network protocols, and medical device support is essential.

This position emphasizes documentation, problem-solving, and supporting enterprise network and server infrastructure to ensure reliable operation of critical medical devices.
