Description

Senior Executive Assistant

Our client is national leader in medical billing. They are dedicated to helping physicians, home health agencies, and hospice groups navigate the complex world of medical billing and claims. They take pride in handling the training, paperwork, and other important details their clients need, so they can get back to what matters the patients in their care.

As the Senior Executive Assistant, youll provide strategic administrative support to the CEO and Directors on occasion, to ensure their time is used efficiently in the pursuit of organizational goals and growth.

Responsibilities:

Manage effective executive function with optimal coordination and communication to the CEO

Manage an extremely active calendar of appointments

Assist in oversight of companys departmental budgets and cost centers allocations

Compose and prepare correspondence that is sometimes confidential

Be the center of communications for the CEO, both internally and externally

Manage and coordinate CEOs schedule

Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas

Seek, draft, and/or prepare CEO communications and calls for presentations

Keep the CEO optimally organized and effective in her internal and external activities

Schedule and accompany the CEO on meetings, taking notes and ensuring effective and timely follow-through on contacts made

Attend internal and external meetings on behalf of CEO

Network for CEO

Oversee New Clients Onboarding and Offboarding

Oversee New Employees Onboarding and Offboarding

Oversee Payroll activities

Oversee Accounts Payable activities

Handle all supplier diversity activities

Assist CEO with Sales activities

Serve as executive liaison for CEO with all vendors

Other administrative tasks designed to maximize the efficiency and productivity of the CEO as necessary

Qualifications:

5-7 years prior experience in a similar role

Microsoft Office skills (particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel)

Experience scheduling with Microsoft Outlook

Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and information

Excellent proofreading abilities and acute attention to detail

Ability to multi-task and shift priorities with relative ease

ZOHO experience a plus.
