Senior Financial Analyst – West Michigan (Hybrid)

Our client is a global leader in their industry and they are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their finance team. This high-impact role supports investment oversight, risk reporting, insurance analysis, and treasury operations. The ideal candidate is a strategic finance professional who can independently manage complex treasury activities, support audits, and lead reporting efforts.

Key Responsibilities for Senior Financial Analyst:
Manage and track investment accounts (401k, pensions, taxable accounts)
Prepare materials for investment committee meetings
Forecast cash needs and ensure alignment with investment policy
Analyze risk reserves, claims exposure, and insurance costs
Support insurance renewals and audits
Develop and post monthly journal entries for insurance allocations
Qualifications for Senior Financial Analyst:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of relevant finance or treasury experience
Strong analytical and communication skills
