Senior Financial Analyst – West Michigan (Hybrid)
Flexible schedule – work from home 1–2 days/week

Our client is a global leader in their industry and they are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their finance team. This high-impact role supports investment oversight, risk reporting, insurance analysis, and treasury operations. The ideal candidate is a strategic finance professional who can independently manage complex treasury activities, support audits, and lead reporting efforts.

Key Responsibilities for Senior Financial Analyst:

  • Manage and track investment accounts (401k, pensions, taxable accounts)

  • Prepare materials for investment committee meetings

  • Forecast cash needs and ensure alignment with investment policy

  • Analyze risk reserves, claims exposure, and insurance costs

  • Support insurance renewals and audits

  • Develop and post monthly journal entries for insurance allocations

Qualifications for Senior Financial Analyst:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 5+ years of relevant finance or treasury experience

  • Strong analytical and communication skills
