Senior HVAC Technician

POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior HVAC Technician is responsible for fabrication, assembling, installing and maintaining refrigeration, cooling, heating systems and their components as per blueprints, schematic drawings and established Support Services Departmental procedures for the purposes of maintaining said services to the buildings and facilities of the organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Associates Degree or trade school certification in the HVAC field
  • (High school diploma/GED and a total of 7 years of experience will be excepted in lieu of degree or trade school certification)
• 5 years of Commercial HVAC Repair and Maintenance experience
• EPA Section 608 Universal Refrigerant Certification required upon hire

PREFERRED:

• 2 Years of building automation Systems experience
• Siemens Advanced Operator certification
• Boiler Operator Class 1 or 2 license
