Serving as a labor management expert, the position provides guidance to Distribution Center leadership and partners on complex projects and process improvements.
Responsibilities include developing engineered standards, optimizing work methods, analyzing workflows, supporting material handling system design, and managing productivity tools.
The ideal candidate has 4+ years in process design, work measurement, and project implementation, with a BS in Industrial Engineering and proficiency in data systems and project management.
Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $105,000, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more. Candidates should have strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with preferred Six Sigma certification.
