* Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university. * At least three (3) years of intelligence analysis work experience within the USIC writing raw and/or tactical intelligence products. * Familiarity with intelligence requirements, collection management, and dissemination processes. * Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated by a minimum of three (3) years of experience working in a team-based or multi-disciplinary environment. * Exceptional editorial, grammar, and writing skills, demonstrated by at least two (2) years of experience in copyediting, publishing, or other writing-intensive roles. * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with at least five (5) years of experience. Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience in military, law enforcement, or federal government (non-USIC) roles. * Background in a hard science, technical field, or cybersecurity discipline. * Experience with certified release authority for the dissemination of classified intelligence products. * Familiarity with IC tradecraft standards, analytic writing guidelines, and classified research systems.
