Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and on-the-job training programs for employees across various departments and levels of the organization.
- Deliver onboarding, compliance, leadership, professional development, and operational training programs.
- Partner with Human Resources and business leaders to identify training needs and support workforce development initiatives.
- Assist in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of training materials, presentations, job aids, and learning resources.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Support leadership development and succession planning programs by facilitating workshops and learning sessions.
- Maintain accurate training records and ensure completion of required learning activities.
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees and managers to reinforce learning objectives and promote skill development.
- Support organizational change initiatives through training and communication efforts.
- Stay current on adult learning principles, facilitation techniques, and industry best practices to continuously improve training delivery.
Qualifications and Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in training, facilitation, learning and development, or organizational development.
- Demonstrated experience delivering training programs to diverse employee groups.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional methodologies.
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training technologies preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
