Lead, supervise, and motivate the team, setting strategic direction and best practices in GIS, remote sensing, reality capture, IoT, and digital twins for AEC projects.
Build relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams, translating business needs into innovative digital solutions.
Oversee geospatial programs, manage staff performance, and contribute to research, development, and business growth.
The ideal candidate has 12+ years of relevant experience, including 4+ years in leadership, strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a business-oriented mindset.
Position offers remote/hybrid options, competitive salary ($150K-$262K), and growth opportunities.
