The Learning and Development Senior Manager is responsible for building and deploying a consistent and reputable learning and development experience for team members within the Upgrade Phoenix Service Center. The role will work within the People Operations team and must closely partner across the organization to deliver end-to-end planning, guidance, and coordination of training programs with business partners, leadership and subject matter experts. As the first hire for the Learning and Development organization, this role is fast paced and will give you the challenge that you're craving in your L&D career!
