Seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineer focused on PCBA test development and deployment in a fast-growing, high-tech environment. You will own board-level test strategies throughout the product lifecycle, design and build test fixtures, develop automated testing software using Python, and collaborate with contract manufacturers and internal teams. Your role includes defining test plans, troubleshooting hardware, and supporting NPI builds with periodic travel.
Requirements include a BS in Electrical or related engineering, 3+ years industry experience, strong Python and ECAD skills, hardware debug expertise, and experience working with vendors. Nice-to-haves are FPGA knowledge, C/C++ skills, and high-speed digital board experience.
