Senior Marketing Associate

Fusco Personnel is currently recruiting for a Senior Marketing Associate to join our client in the Capital Region area to support and expand their marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO and manage a range of responsibilities to ensure the execution and success of planned marketing programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily administrative tasks to streamline marketing activities and support overall coordination.
- Manage the company’s social media presence, creating and posting online content across the company website and social platforms.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support sales initiatives.
- Develop marketing literature, including brochures, press releases, and other materials to strengthen the company’s market presence.
- Participate in the key account outreach program, fostering relationships with critical clients.
- Utilize marketing analytics to gather insights from social media, website analytics, rankings, and other data sources.
- Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories for statistical, financial, and non-financial data.
- Communicate directly with clients to build and nurture trust.
- Contribute ideas for innovative marketing programs to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven marketing experience.
- Proficiency in HubSpot and other CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong writing and graphic design skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Organized and detail-oriented with a customer-centric approach.
- Knowledge of market research techniques and database management.
- Familiarity with MS Office, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other online tools.
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
Salary Range
- $70-75k
