Bachelors of Science in an Information Technology related field with 2 years of experience or
Associates Degree in an Information Technology related field with a CCNA certification and 2 years of experience or
CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification or N certification with 4 years of work experience.
Extensive understanding of Microsoft's server operating systems, Cisco LAN/WAN/WWAN networking, and Cisco unified communications.
