Responsibilities include creating project plans, coordinating teams and third-party contractors, tracking milestones, resolving issues, and presenting proposals to management.
Daily tasks involve serving as a solution expert supporting networking, unified communication, and data security technologies, and providing advanced engineering support for enterprise infrastructure.
Must have a BS in Computer Science or related field, CCNP or JNCIP certification, and 3-5 years experience with LAN/WAN networks, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and network load balancing.
Preferred skills include Juniper and Cisco technologies, strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities. Adaptability, teamwork, and self-motivation are essential.
