Seeking a Senior Network Engineer for a 12-month contract in Irving, TX (Hybrid). Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in network engineering, including configuring advanced routing and switching platforms like Cisco Nexus and Arista. Expertise in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, RIP), VXLAN overlay networking, and designing LAN/WAN/Data Center solutions for large enterprises is required. Preferred qualifications include Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP/DP, CCIE), strong knowledge of QoS, Layer 2 protocols, MLAG, EVPN, multicast, and scripting tools such as Python and Ansible. Excellent documentation, communication skills, and experience with change control processes (ServiceNow) are essential.
