Rate Range: $65-$75/Hr



Job Description:

• We are looking for an experienced Senior Network Engineer to lead our IT network team. This role involves designing, implementing, and managing network infrastructure to ensure secure and efficient connectivity.
• As a Team Lead , you will guide and mentor network engineers, oversee projects, and enhance team performance.

• Network Infrastructure: Design, deploy, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, including Cisco routers, switches (Catalyst, Nexus, ISR), and SD-WAN.
• Wireless Management: Implement and maintain Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC) and Access Points (Client), including WiFi site surveys.
• Cloud Technologies: Configure and manage Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Network Security: Deploy and configure firewalls (Palo Alto, Cisco ASA), VPNs, and security measures. Perform vulnerability assessments.
• Switch & Router Management: Configure, upgrade, and migrate network hardware.
• Routing & Protocols: Optimize BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, HSRP, and spanning tree technologies.
• Automation & Monitoring: Use Python, Ansible, and tools like SolarWinds or PRTG for automation and network monitoring.
• Project & Incident Management: Lead network projects (migrations, upgrades) and manage incidents using Jira.
• Team Leadership: Mentor network engineers, assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure project deadlines are met.
• Collaboration: Work with IT teams to align network infrastructure with business goals.

• Experience: 10+ years in network engineering (enterprise environments), 5+ years in distribution or manufacturing industries.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Certifications: CCNP or CCIE preferred.

• Strong expertise in Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, and F5 systems.
• Proficiency in IP protocols, network redundancy, load balancing, security (firewalls, ACLs, DMZ policies) .
• Experience with SD-WAN, wireless networking, and cloud services .
• Knowledge of Python, Ansible scripting, and network monitoring tools .
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking abilities. Ability to work under pressure
