Key Responsibilities
- Deployment & Operations: Deploy, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) from Cisco and Palo Alto (C9200, C9300X, PA5500). Ensure compliance with security standards and minimize user disruption during deployments and migrations.
- Troubleshooting & Resolution: Diagnose complex network issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent solutions for incidents affecting end users.
- Automation: Develop and implement network automation tools and scripts (e.g., Python, Ansible, Terraform) to streamline tasks, provisioning, and configuration management.
- Performance Tuning: Monitor network performance and capacity proactively, identify bottlenecks, and optimize for better latency and throughput.
