As a strategic leader in the client’s AC-DC ICs division, you’ll shape market direction, collaborate with top-tier customers, and work cross-functionally to drive product success from concept to commercialization.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the strategic direction for AC-DC integrated circuits
- Build & nurture relationships with key global customers
- Launch products at lead accounts and build momentum across the market
- Collaborate with apps, R & D, and sales teams to develop crystal-clear product collateral
- Oversee product lifecycle with a focus on value-based pricing and margin performance
- Drive large-scale customer projects and gather market intelligence
- Analyze competitive landscape and evolving technical trends
- Facilitate seamless info flow between Marketing & R&D
- Own and deliver product presentations, market forecasts, and planning reports
What You Bring
- Deep knowledge of AC-DC switching converter ICs (Flyback, Resonant topologies, etc.)
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate complexity into business value
- Willingness to travel frequently—domestic and international
- Top-tier communication skills and a collaborative, professional demeanor
- Strong organization and razor-sharp attention to detail
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Engineering or Physics
- 10+ years in product marketing for AC-DC ICs is a MUST HAVE!
