As a product owner at Reply, you serve as a strategic technical product consultant, working closely with clients to understand their business, challenges, and opportunities. With an ability to see the “big picture,” you translate their vision into clear requirements, priorities, and results. Embracing agile practices, you drive collaborative conversations with clients, users, designers, and engineers to deliver value quickly and incrementally.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand their needs and define a product vision that delivers the solutions that drive desired business outcomes
  • Identify functional requirements that result in solutions that delight our customers and solve their problems
  • Use discovery interviews, current state reviews, requirements workshops, business process analysis, journey maps, personas, business cases, use cases, user feedback, and analytics, to generate future state requirements
  • Use architectural and backlog thinking to define how we are going to get to done by organizing, evaluating, harmonizing, and simplifying business needs into a set of understandable, prioritized, and technology agnostic features and user stories with acceptance criteria. Ensure the product backlog enables the agile team to continuously deliver business value
  • Define, socialize, and drive a plan that aligns technical delivery with business needs. Proactively communicate, collaborate, and educate the team and client on prioritized solutions and the value they deliver
  • Help our customers to understand the impact of changes to the product backlog on the delivery schedule, value, and future solution agility. Be prepared and willing to negotiate changing priorities to ensure the team continue to deliver value
  • Collaborate and consult during architecture discussions and UI design to inform decisions. Support creation of engineering user stories
  • Support the implementation of the product. Own solution validation to ensure that solutions meet quality standards, delight customers, and deliver the intended results
Minimum Requirements
  • 5 years of experience as an agile product owner or product manager (leading product workstream; defining functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; mapping user personas and journeys; prioritizing and managing a product backlog; creating product roadmaps)
  • Strong facilitation skills and experience leading client workshops to identify and ideate on user needs
  • Experience collaborating with UX designer to generate user journeys, wireframes and UI mockups
  • Strong technical consulting skills
  • Strong stakeholder management, written & oral communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft ADO
  • Experience with Design Thinking and cloud based whiteboards (Miro, Mural etc.)
  • Experience working with Microsoft and Microsoft products and services
  • Ability to work Pacific Time business hours
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

The base compensation range for this full-time position is between $120,000 – $160,000 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also take into consideration prior experience, relevant skills, education and/or training, certifications and as applicable, other required qualifications.
