Job Description:

Credence has an upcoming need for a Senior Program Analyst in support of Army INSCOM program at Fort Belvoir, VA. This opening is slated to kick off in Spring or Summer 2025.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

  • Preferred knowledge with Army Program Element (APE), Program Objective Memorandum (POM), Sub Activity Group (SAG), Program Evaluation Group (PEG), Management Decision Package (MDEP), Planning, Program, Budget, and Execution (PPBE), Program Optimization & Budget Execution (Eprobe), and requirements validation.
  • Planning and programming
  • Project and Sub-Project Review
  • Requirements Justification
  • Program Resource Data Submission and Information Management

Education, Requirements and Qualifications

  • Must have an active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10 years DoD Financial Management experience
  • Completed Fiscal Law, and Intelligence Resource Management courses within 120 days of arrival.
  • Has the communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates.

  • No travel requirements.
