Senior Program Director

The Senior Program Director is responsible for overseeing the development and operations of designated departments at the Hockomock YMCA Foxboro Branch. This role focuses on managing daily operations, providing organizational leadership, and ensuring the successful achievement of branch and association strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dynamic, goal-oriented leader with a focus on innovation and building a high-performing, cohesive team.
• Experience managing multiple departments and supervising both full- and part-time staff; preferred experience in Membership, Aquatics, and Wellness.
• Proven expertise in program development, financial management, facility operations, and staff/volunteer development.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to service excellence and hospitality.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in education, health sciences, community development, sports management, or business required.
• 3-5 years of YMCA program management experience or similar experience in direct staff supervision.
