What you will do
Principle ownership for leading program management of specific central engineering operations programs. Training, facilitating and auditing all functions for projects including the initiation, definition, execution management, go-live, hyper-care and close out of Central Engineering Operations programs and related projects.  Under minimal guidance and supervision, responsible for the overall projects planning, execution & delivery of results. Responsible for the creation of transparent and visible score cards for specific project based on standard PMO format. Interact with Global Products matrix organization from the PBU VPGM through the engineering network organization to ensure the execution of the project management activities. Responsible for following consistent and repeatable project management standardized procedures and processes. Specifically responsible for the successful implementation and maturation of the Engineering Network Excellence projects across Global Products.

How you will do it
1.Guide projects across the engineering network and PBU business landscape
2.Ensure that the all projects are adequately planned to achieve target customer quality, lead-time, delivery, continuity, cost and savings
3.Improve project playbook processes and tools.
4.Lead the early stage business case development including finance and business analytics across all functions of the business.
5.Training of all teams on ENE projects and KPI dashboard
6.Facilitate early phase team formation.
7.Audit all project plans to ensure adequate resources and planning that will meet related project objectives, metrics and deliverables.
8.Coach and support related project teams in all aspects of planning and execution.
9.Responsibilities will also include assignments in Project/Program Management as needed to support the business.



What we look for

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field of study with six (6) to ten (10) years’ experience in engineering, and operations management.

Understanding of operational and business case financials. Must be able to analyze and interpret complex technical procedures, business periodicals, and journals as well as write reports and procedure manuals. 

In the absence of a 4-year degree in an appropriate field of study, this position requires an additional ten (10) years of related experience. 

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) as well as Internet software and E-mail is required.

Travel up to 25% required.
