We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the execution and delivery of complex IT and cyber operations programs supporting Department of War (DoW) missions. This role is responsible for overall contract execution, program delivery, resource management, quality assurance, and operational oversight across enterprise IT, cyber, and infrastructure support environments.

 

The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership experience managing Federal or DoW technology programs, deep familiarity with cyber enterprise operations, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams supporting mission-critical systems and users.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead all aspects of contract execution, including program planning, staffing, budgeting, risk management, and customer engagement.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations supporting systems administration, network administration, and service desk functions within secure Federal/DoW environments.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery, operational performance, and compliance with contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and mission objectives.
  • Manage program resources, personnel assignments, subcontractor coordination, and workforce development activities.
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance for enterprise IT and cyber operations initiatives.
  • Interface directly with Government leadership, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure mission alignment and successful program outcomes.
  • Apply knowledge of USCYBERCOM and AFCYBER command and control processes to support operational coordination and cyber mission execution.
  • Ensure adherence to Department of the Air Force (DAF) cyber enterprise policies, procedures, and security requirements.
  • Support operational readiness through continuous process improvement, performance monitoring, and quality control initiatives.
  • Oversee troubleshooting and resolution activities related to end user device configurations, enterprise systems, and operational support services.
  • Prepare and present program status reports, metrics, briefings, and executive-level communications.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Information Technology Management, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of diverse IT federal program management experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience leading programs supporting systems administration, network administration, or service desk operations within Federal or DoW environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale operational or technical programs supporting mission-critical environments.
  • Strong understanding of USCYBERCOM and AFCYBER command and control processes.
  • Significant knowledge of DAF cyber enterprise policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Experience with end user device configurations, enterprise support operations, and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI eligibility.

Required Certifications

  • PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • ITILv4 Foundations or Specialist (preferred) Certification
  • CISSP or CISM Certification

Posted Min Pay Rate: USD $140,000.00/Yr. Posted Max Pay Rate: USD $175,000.00/Yr. Salary Disclosure: Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications. The upper end of the salary range may be reserved for individuals who have demonstrated tenure with the company, seniority, and proven excellent performance.
