We are seeking a passionate architect with at least 5 years of Revit experience to join a collaborative, diverse team.
Responsibilities include leading project coordination, developing construction documents, managing schedules, and coordinating with consultants. You will produce and review drawings, specifications, and manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Administrative tasks involve maintaining files and supporting permitting processes.
Typical duties include translating design concepts into technical drawings, reviewing submittals, participating in client meetings and site visits, and supporting project execution.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's preferred), working towards registration, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of design, construction documents, and codes. Attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
