Seeking an experienced logistics professional to coordinate end-to-end multi-modal transportation, including hazardous, oversized, and general cargo across import, export, and domestic shipments.
Monitor deliveries, ensure data accuracy, and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, and vendors.
Identify and onboard service-oriented vendors, negotiate rates, and manage full supply chain processes such as customs clearance, inventory, and shipment tracking.
Resolve operational challenges, review shipping documentation for compliance, and support process improvements.
Requirements include a degree in Supply Chain or Logistics, 5+ years of freight forwarding experience in the U.S., knowledge of import/export operations, and strong communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, understanding of international trade principles, and flexibility across time zones are essential.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment is required.
