Senior Project Manager - Commercial Glass

Job Summary: We are in search of an experienced and accomplished Senior Project Manager specializing in the commercial glass industry. This role requires a seasoned professional who can oversee and drive the successful completion of commercial glass projects, from intricate facades to innovative interior glass solutions. The Senior Project Manager will play a pivotal role in coordinating project teams, managing resources, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans for commercial glass installations, considering design specifications and client requirements.
• Lead project teams in executing glass projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and safety regulations.
• Monitor and control project scope, schedule, and budget for commercial glass projects.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to understand project specifications and expectations.
• Communicate project progress, addressing any design changes or challenges in a timely and effective manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other key stakeholders in the commercial glass industry.
• Identify potential risks associated with glass installations and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
• Address unforeseen challenges promptly to minimize impact on project timelines and objectives.
• Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure that commercial glass installations meet or exceed industry standards.
• Oversee testing and inspection activities to validate the integrity of glass structures.
• Manage project budgets effectively, optimizing the use of resources while maintaining cost control.
• Allocate resources efficiently, considering the unique requirements of each commercial glass project.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Extensive experience in project management within the commercial glass industry.
• In-depth knowledge of glass materials, fabrication processes, and installation techniques.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
