Seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer for a hybrid role with up to 50% travel to plants in NV.
Essential functions include developing and leading programs to enhance equipment reliability and OEE, implementing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, performing RCFA and FMEA analyses, and championing world-class maintenance practices like lubrication and vibration analysis.
Managing projects to improve safety, compliance, and performance, reviewing inspection data, and providing operational feedback are also key.
Qualifications: 7-10+ years supervisory or project experience in manufacturing, 5+ years maintenance experience with industrial equipment, electrical systems, and CMMS systems proficiency. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, reliability principles, and analytical techniques required.
Preferred: certifications in maintenance & reliability, lean/six sigma, and experience with industry standards and systems such as IFS. Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
