Senior Software Engineer – Formworks - OCR & AI Document Processing
Location: Hybrid near Alpharetta, GA, Rancho Cordova, CA, or Oakland, CA (locals only)
Responsible for enhancing, supporting, and building scalable features in the Formworks application. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain innovative solutions, emphasizing code quality, security, performance, and scalability.
Leads architectural design, system analysis, and guides development activities. Champions best practices, mentors engineers, and ensures comprehensive documentation. Works closely with stakeholders to prioritize requirements, assess risks, and support deployment and monitoring.
Required skills include OCR experience (FIS Formworks, Mavro, OPEX), Azure AI Document Intelligence, AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), CI/CD pipelines, API management, and understanding of NLP and document classification. A minimum of 7 years in application development and a degree in Computer Science or equivalent are necessary.
