Job Title: Senior Tax Manager OR Tax Director (Hiring for both positions)
Location: Kansas City, MO (Hybrid)
Salary: $150k-$200k+
Requirements: 10+ years of relevant experience + CPA

What You Will Be Doing

• Supervise, train, and mentor Tax Managers / Associates on client engagements and technical issues
• Identify and implement tax planning and consulting opportunities
• Review and manage tax returns, extensions, tax planning calculations, for all entity types with a focus on Individual
• Review financial statements and perform accounting and adjusting entries, bank reconciliations, and client books and records
• Prepare and review complex tax planning projections for individual and corporate estimated tax liability for key clients
• Managing client engagements from start to finish which includes planning, executing, directing and completing tax projects, managing the budget, meeting deadlines and client expectations.

What You Need for this Position

• 10+ years of Public Accounting / Tax Experience
• Active CPA
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field
• Master's in Taxation or Accounting is preferred
• Experience with a variety of clients
