* Ensure change request package meets quality standards and is board ready
* Coordinate comment follow-up, resolution, and approvals
* Coordinate and provide input into impact assessments
* Coordinate resolution and closeout of board action items
* Interface with Configuration Management when submitting change requests and finalize change requests after board approval
* Ensure approved change requests are implemented prior to change request closure
* Follow through to ensure change requests are closed timely Basic Qualifications : * Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years
* Must be able to be successfully screened for Enhanced Security Clearances, within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs
* Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with 2 years of relevant engineering experience, 0 years with a Master's.
* 1 year of experience with MS Office
* 1 year of presentation experience with the ability to present to project and program management, other technical managers, and customers
* 1 year of technical writing experience in school or work Preferred Qualifications : * Current DoD Top Secret clearance
* Understanding of systems engineering principles and processes
* Direct experience using the DOORS Requirements Management Database
* Familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering concepts and
* Subcontractor technical oversight experience

The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. #SentinelSystems Salary Range: $70,200.00 - $116,400.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
