The Server Assistant provides a friendly guest experience by greeting, seating, and assisting with service tasks using the Table Management System (TMS).
Essential duties include managing guest flow, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, assisting with food and beverage delivery, answering questions, and handling takeout orders. They support team members and ensure guest satisfaction through courteous interactions and prompt service.
Qualifications include being at least 16 years old, with or without prior experience, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical requirements involve standing or walking for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and tolerating temperature changes and frequent hand immersion in water and sanitizing solutions.
