We are seeking a Server to ensure a positive guest experience by providing friendly, timely, and efficient service.
- Welcome and greet guests promptly, inform them of specials, and recommend menu items.
- Take and enter orders accurately, deliver food and beverages promptly, and maintain a clean dining area.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to requests courteously, and provide proactive refills.
- Prepare bills, process payments, and express appreciation to guests.
- Assist colleagues, attend meetings, and participate in catering events as needed.
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisors.
Requirements include previous restaurant or hospitality experience, ability to handle money and operate POS systems, and relevant certifications where required. Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S. using eVerify.
