The Server is responsible for delivering prompt, friendly food and beverage service following the CHARM service model to ensure a positive guest experience.
Essential duties include maintaining a welcoming attitude, learning the menu, suggestively selling, accurately recording orders, delivering food, and checking back with guests.
They must process payments, handle alcohol responsibly, and respond to guest needs promptly.
Qualifications include being at least 18 years old, with a high school diploma preferred. No prior experience required. Candidates should have strong communication skills, be flexible with shifts, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Additional responsibilities involve teamwork, adherence to food safety and serving regulations, and maintaining professionalism at all times.
