Serves food & beverages to patrons, presents menus, takes and relays orders, and ensures timely, correct service. Responsibilities include garnishing dishes, checking IDs, refusing service to minors or intoxicated patrons, and maintaining guest satisfaction. Handles cash transactions accurately, busses tables, and maintains a clean, organized work area. Employees must follow all policies, dress code, safety standards, and report as scheduled. This role involves standing, walking, handling food and drinks, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds. No supervisory duties are included.
