The Server provides exceptional guest service by taking orders, delivering food, and answering menu questions to ensure an enjoyable dining experience.
Responsibilities include guiding guests to their seats, presenting recommendations and wine pairings, processing orders and payments via Micros, checking IDs for alcohol service, maintaining tables, and assisting with greeting, seating, and to-go orders.
Skills required are menu knowledge, strong communication, attention to detail, familiarity with Micros POS, and teamwork. The role demands standing for long periods, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and delivering above-and-beyond service.
