Essential duties include greeting guests warmly, assisting with seating, presenting menus, answering questions about menu items and preparation, taking beverage and dessert orders, communicating special requests to churrasqueiros, processing payments, and supporting team members as needed. Tasks also involve completing shift duties and maintaining a quick, efficient service.
Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods, work quickly, and be available on weekends and holidays. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and voluntary plans for full-time and part-time team members. Compensation is a fixed rate of $16.27 plus tips.
