Title: SERVER
Reports to: Restaurant Manager
Summary of Position: Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience, ensuring guests feel comfortable and satisfied, encouraging repeat visits.
Duties & Responsibilities: Welcome and greet guests, inform them of specials, make recommendations, answer questions, take and relay orders, deliver food and beverages promptly, perform side work, maintain cleanliness, monitor guest satisfaction, prepare bills, process payments, assist fellow staff, and ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Qualifications: Communicate effectively, understand basic dining procedures, handle money and operate POS systems, stand for long periods, and safely lift trays up to 25 pounds.
