- Take and serve meal and drink orders in a friendly manner
- Ensure residents and guests are satisfied with their meals
- Maintain knowledge of menu specials and food descriptions
- Keep dining areas and side stations clean and organized
- Follow safety, cleanliness, and loss prevention protocols
- Set up and clean dining spaces, maintaining high service standards
Qualifications include enjoying working with seniors, courteous interaction, prompt responsiveness, flexibility, and ability to balance team and individual tasks.
