This position is for employment at an independently owned franchise restaurant, focusing on providing excellent guest service. As a Server, your responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, taking and recording orders using suggestive selling techniques, preparing desserts and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will also clear and reset tables, handle payments following cash handling procedures, perform cleaning and stocking tasks, and assist other staff as needed. The role requires standing and walking throughout a 4-8 hour shift and flexibility to perform various duties.
