- Welcome and greet guests, ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for.
- Inform guests about specials and menu items, answer questions about food and beverages.
- Take and input orders accurately, deliver food and drinks promptly, and run food from the pick-up window.
- Perform side work, maintain cleanliness of service areas, and monitor guest satisfaction.
- Prepare bills, reset tables, and assist fellow servers as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Thank guests and invite them to return.
- Be flexible to assist with various tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications include strong communication skills, basic knowledge of service procedures, math skills, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 10 pounds.
