This role focuses on providing guests with an exceptional experience by delivering friendly service, accurate food and drink orders, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service, timely order-taking, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Operate POS systems, handle cash transactions accurately, and manage station responsibilities.
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and table resets, while supporting team members as needed.
- Follow sanitation, alcohol awareness, and safety procedures.
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members to promote a lively environment.
- Work in a fast-paced setting, standing and moving for long periods, lifting up to 30 pounds, and working flexible hours including nights and weekends.
