This Server role involves taking customer orders accurately and efficiently, entering them into the POS system, and delivering food and beverages to ensure a positive dining experience.
Responsibilities include preparing and cleaning the dining area, greeting and seating guests promptly, suggesting menu items, and serving meals with attentiveness.
Servers assist with sidework, maintain salad bars (if applicable), handle takeout and delivery orders, and process payments quickly.
They are also responsible for resetting tables, cleaning, and closing duties at shift end to ensure readiness for the next service.
Minimum requirements include physical stamina, effective communication, mental alertness, and the ability to work under pressure. Equipment used includes trays, POS systems, dishwashers, and prep tables.
All duties are performed on the restaurant premises, with a focus on teamwork, cleanliness, guest service, and adherence to policies to create a welcoming environment.
