The Server is responsible for delivering prompt, friendly food and beverage service following the CHARM service model, aiming to exceed sales goals.
Key duties include providing a welcoming attitude, learning the menu, suggestively selling, accurately recording orders, delivering food, checking back with guests, and handling payments.
They must partner with team members to meet guest needs, perform opening/closing tasks, ensure quality presentation, and serve alcohol responsibly.
Qualifications include being at least 18 (21 for alcohol service in some states), excellent guest service skills, teamwork, flexibility for various shifts, and adherence to food safety and serving regulations.
Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential.
