The Server is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders, answering questions, and making menu suggestions. They deliver orders promptly, ensure guest needs are met, and create a positive dining experience.
Key responsibilities include creating a lasting first and last impression, verifying guest age for alcohol service, processing transactions accurately, responding to customer concerns, and following alcohol awareness procedures. They perform opening and closing side work as needed.
Requirements include prior experience (preferred but not required), a flexible schedule, customer service orientation, reliable transportation, comfort working on their feet, and being dependable and hardworking.
