They create a welcoming atmosphere, learn the menu to recommend and upsell, and ensure a positive guest experience from greeting to farewell.
Key duties include accurately taking and inputting orders, delivering food, checking on guests, handling payments, and serving alcohol responsibly.
They collaborate with team members, perform opening/closing tasks, and maintain high presentation standards.
Qualifications include being at least 18 years old, with flexibility for various shifts, good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience is not required, but knowledge of food handling and serving regulations is essential.
