The main responsibility is "Making Pleasurable Dining Affordable" by ensuring guests have a great time without taking food orders, focusing on hospitality and positive interactions. Key duties include ensuring guest satisfaction through the Eight Steps of Service, promoting teamwork, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and staying knowledgeable about products and promotions. Operational tasks involve understanding menu items, performing opening and closing duties, addressing equipment issues, and following safety and cleanliness standards. Successful servers present a neat appearance, maintain a positive attitude, and uphold cleanliness and health regulations. Compensation ranges from $125.00 to $345.00 daily. All hiring decisions are made by the franchisee directly.
