Purpose: Serving high-quality farm-fresh food, focusing on quality, attention to detail, and providing a family dining experience rooted in community values.
Server Responsibilities: Taking guest orders, serving food and beverages promptly, communicating with guests, describing menu items, inputting orders into POS, pre-busing tables, practicing safety, handling guest concerns, and assisting with other duties as needed.
Must be dependable, team-oriented, and possess excellent guest service skills.
Qualifications: 0-2 years experience, organizational skills, computer proficiency, ability to multi-task.
Physical Requirements: Standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, reaching, bending, communicating, and vision capabilities.
