The primary role of the Server is to deliver an EXCEPTIONAL dining experience that encourages guests to return and share their enjoyment. This involves embracing the Hideaway Way, adhering to Service Standards, possessing strong menu knowledge, and maintaining a professional yet fun demeanor.
Responsibilities include executing Steps of Service, understanding signature food and beverage items, practicing responsible alcohol service, ensuring a clean and safe environment, safeguarding financial interests, and creating a lively atmosphere.
Requirements include being 18-21+ depending on local alcohol laws, holding necessary food and alcohol licenses, working flexible hours including holidays and events, following policies, and meeting physical demands such as standing, walking, and lifting.
Proficiency in English and legal work authorization in the U.S. are essential.
